刘勇（一澄），画家，陶瓷艺术家。毕业于南京艺术学院中国画专业，研修于中国国家画院高研班。中国美术家协会会员，国家级高级美术师，中国国家画院王孟奇导师工作室画家。2009年被中国文联《文艺报》推荐为中国画坛百杰艺术家。美国威廉帕特森大学美术学院客座教授、“中国艺术中心”荣誉主席。中国人民书画艺术研究院常务理事。云南当代陶瓷艺术十大名家，云南民族博物馆陶瓷艺术研究专家，东风韵国际艺术小镇特邀艺术家。中国西部陶都荣县土陶创意园首席艺术家。2021年被中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会、中国人民艺术研究院授予《人民艺术家》荣誉称号。

In 2009， he was recommended as one of the top 100 Artists in The Chinese painting circle by The Literary and Art Newspaper of the China Federation of Literary and Art. Visiting professor， William Paterson University School of Fine Arts， honorary Chairman of “China Art Center”. Standing director of Chinese People‘s Painting and calligraphy Art Research Institute. He is one of the top ten contemporary ceramic artists in Yunnan， a ceramic art research expert in Yunnan National Museum， and a guest artist in dongfengyun International Art Town. Chief artist of Ceramic Creative Park in Rong County， Ceramic capital of Western China. In 2021， on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China， he was awarded the honorary title of “People’s Artist” by The Chinese Artists Association， The Chinese Calligraphers Association and the Chinese People‘s Art Research Institute.
